How Japanese Hyrating Facial Works

Japanese Hydrating Facial is a multi-step skin facial that includes double cleansing, exfoliation, facial essences, moisturizers, facial massages, face masks and skin serums. Depending on your skin condition, different types of facial products will be used that is catered to your individual skin goals. The gentle double cleansing helps remove build-up of oil, grime, bacteria without stripping the skin of moisture. At the same time, cleansing oils also nourishes dry skin. When the skin gets too dry, more oil is produced to compensate for moisture, and this leads to excessive sebum production and acne. Finally, the skin is treated to multiple layers of hydration that brightens dull complexions and provides long lasting hydration.

Treatment Process

Before the facial, our therapist will conduct a skin analysis to determine your skin type and issues. The first step is to cleanse the face of impurities and any residue makeup, followed by a double deep cleanse and exfoliation to remove dead skin cells.

This is followed by steaming, where the heat from the steam opens up the pores and makes it easier for deep buried dirt particles to be extracted out.

A customized face serum blend is applied to soothe, moisturize and repair the skin.

Facial massages are included to help the skin absorb the face products, improve circulation and relax tense muscles.

As a last step, a facial mask is applied to lock in moisture.
